German-American lager brewery, taproom and restaurant housed in the Twin Cities’ oldest–and only surviving–pre-Civil War saloon building, built in 1857 and meticulously restored. Wood stoves, period furniture and oil lamps and malt-forward beers crafted with heritage ingredients.
