Hastings, Minnesota has a rich history of brewing that dates as far back as the late 1800s. In 1919, Prohibition decimated the brewery scene across the country, and a town once home to at least four thriving local breweries hasn’t seen one since. Spiral Brewery opened in April, 2018.
