Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our services to MN breweries and brewpubs! The following page details all sponsorships available for 2025. Each tab contains sponsorships focused on different events and services of the Guild.

  • TO CLAIM A SPONSORSHIP: Fill out this form to claim sponsorships or request more information about a custom sponsorship opportunity. We address sponsorship requests to the form in the order they are received and only consider them complete once payment is received.

The Conference and Competition Awards Ceremony is April 11, 2025. 300+ industry staff are expected to attend each event. These sponsorships provide significant industry-facing brand recognition and interaction opportunities for sponsor businesses, add value to the conference and awards for members, and offset costs of this important annual programming for our nonprofit.

Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Packages:

  • Platinum Package: $5,000, limit 2 – Main Stage Spotlight Sponsor and Exhibitor
    • An exclusive 15-minute presentation on our main stage (breakfast or lunch). Post-conference email to Guild members (content restrictions apply). Exhibitor Table with priority placement. 4 tickets to the conference. ¼ page ad in the conference program. Contact information of all conference ticket buyers. Your business contact info is sent to all MNCBG members post-conference. Swag-bag submission. Maximum conference branding.
  • Gold Package: $4,000, limit 2 – Presentation Sponsor and Exhibitor
    • Guaranteed 45-minute Educational Presentation Session (content approval required). Exhibitor Table. 4 tickets to the conference. ¼ page ad in the conference program. Contact information of all conference ticket buyers. Your business contact info is sent to all MNCBG members post-conference. Swag-bag submission. Maximum conference branding.
  • Silver Package: $3,000, limit 2 – Food and Beverage Sponsor and Exhibitor
    • Specific acknowledgment as the Food/Beverage sponsor in food/beverage areas, main stage during meals, and opportunity to distribute company literature in these areas. Exhibitor Table. 4 tickets to the conference. Contact information of all conference ticket buyers. Your business contact info is sent to all MNCBG members post-conference. Swag-bag submission. Branding on conference content.
  • Bronze Package: $1,500, limit 20 – General Sponsor and Exhibitor
    • Exhibitor Table. 2 tickets to the conference. Your business contact info is sent to all MNCBG members post-conference. Swag-bag submission (paper only). Branding on conference content.

  • * New Brewery Sponsor: $1,000 | Recognition on registrations/tickets/communications for discounted new brewery/brewery-in-planning tickets.
  • * Coffee Sponsor: $1,000 | Company Logo on signage around coffee stations (morning)
  • * Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor: $1,000 | Company Logo on signage around morning drink bar (morning)
  • * Lounge Sponsor: $1,500 | Opportunity to provide SWAG, logo on signs for Lounge Room (all day)
  • * Raffle Prize Sponsor: Donate a gift, product, or service to the exhibitor hall passport raffle winners. We are seeking donations with a $250-$1,000 value. Industry products (like discounts) and personal prizes (iPads, coolers, etc.) are welcome. Seeking 5-10 prizes.

Exhibitor Table Waitlist:

  • Most exhibitor tables are reserved for Conference Package sponsorships (Bronze-Platinum) listed above. A small selection of exhibitor tables (estimate 6) that are not claimed by these sponsorships by March, 2025 will be randomly assigned to businesses who have signed up for the waitlist. Companies will have 7 days after notice to claim and pay $750 to claim their space. Signing up for the waitlist DOES NOT guarantee placement, and spaces will be assigned at random. MN Brewers Cup Competition and Awards Sponsorships:

  • * Competition Sponsor: $1,000 – Limit 3
    • 2 Awards tickets. Recognition on the competition website, registration site, and signage at competition drop-off. Logo or brand recognition on event website, ticket page, event program, Awards slideshow, social media, competition communications, and post-event follow-up materials.
  • * Happy Hour Sponsor: $2,000 – Limit 1
    • Opportunity to make a welcome speech at Happy Hour before the Awards dinner. 4 Awards tickets. Dedicated space for promotional materials or displays during Happy Hour. Prominent logo placement on happy hour signage, event website, ticket page, event program, Awards slideshow, social media, and post-event follow-up materials.
  • Bar Sponsor: $3,000 – Limit 1
    • Signature cocktail named after your brand. Option to include branded napkins or coasters at the bar (Sponsor responsible for providing). Up to 8 Awards tickets (full table). Opportunity to engage at the bar with information or giveaways or possible inclusion of unique drink-tasting experience (additional cost may apply). Eight complimentary drink tickets for guests, encouraging networking and interaction. Recognition on bar signage, event website, ticket page, event program, Awards slideshow, social media, and post-event follow-up materials. 
  • * Awards Sponsor: $5,000 – Limit 1
    • The event will be branded “MN Brewers Cup Awards Ceremony: Presented by—Your Brand Name” in all digital outlets, materials, and signage. Opportunity to speak during welcome or intermission speech. Up to 8 Awards tickets (full table). Recognition on stage signage and slideshow, awards certificates, event website, ticket page, event program, social media, post-event follow-up materials, and winners packet materials.

These sponsorships provide industry-facing brand recognition for your business as part of ongoing Guild programming, and provide recognition throughout the year. Your sponsorship dollars help add to our Scholarship and Committee budgets, or offset the costs of Member Meetings.

ANNUAL SPONSORSHIPS TO SUPPORT MNCBG BREWERY & BREWPUB MEMBERS:

  • 2025 Member Meeting Sponsor: $500, Limit 4
    • Verbal and logo recognition at up to four annual member meetings and all related communications and registrations. Recognition on the annual report.
  • 2025 Member Scholarship Sponsor: $1,000, Limit 3
    • The MNCBG will recognize the sponsor on all scholarship applications, awards, marketing communications, web pages, and the annual report. Scholarships are available four times/year to all MNCBG brewery, brewpub, and brewery-in-planning staff. Sponsorship dollars increase the amount of scholarships granted.
  • 2025 Member Committee Sponsor: $1,000, Limit 1 per committee
    • Recognition of sponsored committee resources, webinars, related registrations, comms, and reports throughout the year. Logo on leadership webpage and annual report. Sponsorship dollars support the operating/speaker budget of the committee. Current Committees are listed on our Leadership page.

All Pints North: July, Duluth. Autumn Brew Review: October, Minneapolis. These sponsorships apply to both of our major festivals for the year, help offset the cost of industry festivals, and are industry-facing unless otherwise noted.

ALL PINTS NORTH & AUTUMN BREW REVIEW (COMBINED):

  • Festival Sponsor: $1,000, Unlimited 
    • Recognition on the festival website, program, guide, brewery-day-of instruction sheet, and pre-fest social posts. 2 tickets to each fest, Logo in annual report.
  • Festival Happy Hour, $1,000 + product, Limit 1 per fest
    • Sponsor provides consumables (coffee, bloody mary’s, ice cream, etc.) to brewery staff during festival set-up. 2 hour window, must be cleared before fest open to public. Table/chairs provided by MNCBG, all consumables and other SWAG provided by sponsor. All recognition provided in Festival Sponsor above.
  • Festival Hospitality Tent: $2,000, Limit 2
    • MCNGB provides table and two chairs in the festival hospitality tent for sponsor use. Sponsor can provide marketing materials, SWAG, or interactive content/materials for brewery and brewpub staff working the event. Table can, but does not have to be, staffed by the sponsor. All recognition provided in Festival Sponsor above, plus signage in the Hospitality Tent.
  • Festival Glassware: $2,000 or $4,000, Limit 2 or 1
    • Sponsor logo printed on 3k-4.5k festival glasses at each festival. Sponsor can pay the full price to be the only logo, or half price to share the space with another sponsor. Glassware is used by roughly 800 brewery staff and 6,000 craft beer fans a year. All recognition provided in Festival Sponsor above.
