MNCBG EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing the purchase of tickets and/or attending an MNCBG event, the attendee (including staffing, vendors, and volunteers) agrees that they have read and agree to the below terms, conditions, and waivers.

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY:

The MNCBG welcomes all people regardless of race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or ability.  Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment at our events is a top priority; and we are committed to immediately addressing any violations of these principles. Discrimination, intolerance, harassment, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated within our organization, membership, or events.

Attendees, volunteers, or event staff who create an unsafe environment for others may be removed from the event at the discretion of the event organizers. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY:

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild, hereafter known as “MNCBG,” and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, owners, members, affiliates, successors, assigns and anyone associated with MNCBG or their events (collectively, “Released Parties”), from all liability to me and/or my party, for any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits, losses or damages on account of any injury or in connection with my participation in their event(s), including, but not limited to, personal injuries, illness, or property damage, caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
If, despite this release, I and/or my party makes a claim against any of the Released Parties named above, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred, due to a claim made against any of the Released Parties, even if such injury is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
Furthermore, I agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits, losses, damages or other forms of liability that any of them may sustain (a) arising out of my or my party’s failure to comply with applicable laws; and (b) arising out of any damage or injury caused by me or my party in connection with my participation in MNCBG events.

PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER:

I hereby grant MNCBG permission to make still photographs, video recordings and audio and other recordings of me and/or my party and/or make use of verbal quotes from me and/or my party (the “Authorized Materials”) and to reproduce and distribute the Authorized Materials in or across any media. I also give MNCBG permission to use the completed Authorized Materials, and to use my or my party’s name and likeness, for promotional and commercial purposes without any compensation or remuneration to me and/or my party. I authorize MNCBG to use, edit, copy, publish, or exhibit any Authorized Materials for any lawful purpose anywhere in the world. I waive the right to review any materials produced by or on behalf of MNCBG, including those which use my or my party’s name and likeness and/or are Authorized Materials. I relinquish and grant to MNCBG all rights, title and interest in and to the Authorized Materials and I will not object to or take any adverse action whatsoever against MNCBG for use, reproduction or the like of any such Authorized Materials.

CANCELLATION:

If an MNCBG event or any part of an MNCBG event is canceled or rescheduled, under no circumstances shall MNCBG be liable for costs or damages incurred by me and/or my party as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling, whether due to cause(s) beyond or within the control of MNCBG. I understand that my purchased ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.
